okay but really can we just talk about the fact that emma saved killian’s life for no other reason than that she couldn’t bear to lose him

he didnt have magic or some great power to defeat the wicked witch

storybrooke’s finest technically didn’t need him for anything

so emma wasn’t saving killian because they needed his help to defeat a villain

she saved him because she needed him
