People sometimes forget that running their personal-lives can be just as demanding as running a big company:  It takes responsibility, organization, dedication and the ability to handle frustration.  Today point to someone who seems to think their personal life will just run itself.  Well, it won't.  You should probably spend some time giving yourself, your relationships and your personal affairs some of that attention you've been giving other things.  If you were a company, you'd be in need of new management.  Remember, you're the CEO of you.
