So why are all trying to stop feeling?
We can't help that we can't let go of the person we love.
We can't help that we long for someone we can't have.
We can't help that we are afraid.


You can walk around your situation all you want,
but at the end of the day
you're going to go to bed feeling the same way.
You can say you don't care or that you don't give a fuck,
but at the end of the day
you're going to swallow the words
that you really wish you could say.


We can control our bodies and our actions,
but what makes us human is that we are helpless
to our emotions 


Our minds can be trained, but our hearts cannot be tamed.
