When people act independently, the result is often chaos. But how can you blame them? If you're not going to communicate effectively, there's just no way anyone's going to understand the issues as you see them. The numbers today illustrate your deep level of understanding, but unless you start verbalizing your insight -- all that perception is going to go to waste. Speak up.
