I try to put into word what you’re like.
I try every single stupid night.
I refuse to believe it can’t be done.
After all, you’re only human.
But then, you do things I can’t understand.
You stop buses and catch bullets with your hands.
It makes me think you’re not from around here,
You’re so distant but you’re standing so near.
Why won’t you let me into your head?
I know you don’t want to, at least that’s what you said.
You can’t drive me away; I don’t care what you do,
So just let me in, I want to know you.
