Dignity
1. The moment you realize that the person you cared for has nothing intellectually or spiritually to offer you, but a headache.

The Five Languages of Love
Everyone has a “love language,” a primary way of expressing and interpreting love. This will vary from person to person, but will usually be just one (or two) of the following:
1. Words of Affirmation - If this is your love language, unsolicited compliments mean the world to you. Hearing the words, “I love you,” are important—hearing the reasons behind that love sends your spirits skyward. Insults can leave you shattered and are not easily forgotten.
2. Quality Time - Nothing says, “I love you,” like full, undivided attention. Being there for this type of person is critical, but really being there—with the TV off, fork and knife down, and all chores and tasks on standby—makes your significant other feel truly special and loved. Distractions, postponed dates, or the failure to listen can be especially hurtful.
3. Receiving Gifts - Don’t mistake this love language for materialism; the receiver of gifts thrives on the love, thoughtfulness, and effort behind the gift. If you speak this language, the perfect gift or gesture shows that you are known, you are cared for, and you are prized above whatever was sacrificed to bring the gift to you.
4. Acts of Service - Can vacuuming the floors really be an expression of love? Absolutely! Anything you do to ease the burden of responsibilities weighing on an “Acts of Service” person will speak volumes. The words he or she most want to hear: “Let me do that for you.” Laziness, broken commitments, and making more work for them tell speakers of this language their feelings don’t matter.
5. Physical Touch - A person whose primary language is Physical Touch is, not surprisingly, very touchy. Hugs, pats on the back, holding hands, and thoughtful touches on the arm, shoulder, or face—they can all be ways to show excitement, concern, care, and love. Physical presence and accessibility are crucial, while neglect or abuse can be unforgivable and destructive.

Never rush to compensate.
"Your actions are depended on every minute, every hour, every day, every week, month, year and decade you put into it. Never rush to compensate. If you take your time and listen, you will learn so much more than you ever imagined".

When do you know your life has changed? by Cyndi Perlman Fink
The first time you truly understand the meaning of "If you have your health, you have everything."
The first time a dear friend drops dead of a massive heart attack because he didn't take care of his health.
The first time you realize the money doesn't buy happiness, because no matter how much stuff you put in that hole we all carry around, it will never be enough.
The first time you realize that money can't buy happiness because you finally understand what the word happiness means. I won't tell you what it means, only that it doesn't start with Lamborghini or end with Gucci.
The first time you see yourself and love that person who you've been hating and demeaning all these years.
The first time you really fall in love, maybe have your heart broken and learn that you will survive.
The first time you actually hear a bird sing, a baby cry, a river run, a leaf rustle, or a single note on the wind and it moves you to tears.
The first time you lose a parent. The next time you lose a parent.
The first time someone dies, who is so dear to you, that you think you can't breathe and then you do.
The first time you understand that the earth does not revolve around you.
The first time you understand that there is no separation between you and anyone else. Race doesn't matter, skin color doesn't matter, belief system doesn't matter, age doesn't matter, sex doesn't matter - we are all one, travelling through this crazy world, hoping for the same things.
The first time you figure out how to ride a bike without training-wheels, or how to tie your shoelaces by yourself.
The first time the words on the page magically rearrange themselves into things that make sense and your world opens up, and you know and understand at that moment, that everything is possible because you can read.

How Do You Act When You Have A Crush?
Aries: Like everything an Aries does, crushes are intense and quick, and they don’t think for too long before they act; the average time that lapses between an Aries developing a crush on someone and asking them out is about an hour.
Taurus: Taureans are masters at hiding their emotions, so while their crush may be undetectable to others, it’s a really intense, all-consuming, insomnia-inducing experience on the inside.
Gemini: Normally chatty Geminis do even more nervous talking (not to mention nervous joke-making!) around the object of their affection. They’ll look for any excuse to strike up a conversation with their crush.
Cancer: Cancers want to be pursued, so while their feelings might be strong, their actions will be subtle and shy: glances from across the room, maybe a flirty text, but nothing too bold!
Leo: Leos turn the charm up to 11 when they have a crush on someone, showering them with flattery and compliments. True fact: if a Leo has a crush on you, it probably won’t be long before you have a crush on them too.
Virgo: Virgos get super nervous around their crushes and analyze every single detail about interaction (“He said hi instead of hey–what does it meeeaan?!”) to try to decide how to proceed.
Libra: Lovey-dovey Libras are usually balancing multiple crushes at once, but their approach is always the same: making sure to look their best around their crush(es), presenting their most positive qualities, and showering their crush with compliments.
Scorpio: A more accurate term for a Scorpio crush would be “all-consuming obsession with a side of light stalking.” Scorpios will secretly find out every possible detail about the person and spend every waking (and dreaming) moment fixating on the object of their affections.
Sagittarius: Competitive Sagittarians approach winning over their crush as if it were a contest. They’ll recruit everyone they know to talk them up whenever their crush is around, and invite their crush to events that allow them to show off their formidable talents.
Capricorn: Capricorns need to know everything about their crushes before they decide whether or not to act on their feelings. They’ll gather info about everything from how much money their crush makes to their political leanings.
Aquarius: When an Aquarian has a crush on someone, they’ll want to become best friends with them, integrate themselves into the person’s social circle, and hang out constantly until the friendship finally becomes something more.
Pisces: It doesn’t take much to send a Pisces to romantic La-La Land, and a crush will definitely do the trick. Pisceans will spend their days daydreaming about their crush, doodling the person’s name with hearts around it, and imagining their perfect future together.

“I’ve been blessed with a beautiful mind but what a dangerous place it has become
It holds me captive by obsessing but it’s a masterpiece to some
I could never live a life of simplicity, I over think my every move
It forces me to toward perfection as if I have something to prove
It diminishes my craving for much needed seclusion
It turns my realistic thoughts into parallel illusions
It overpowers my intuition and forces me to make mistakes
It makes me take chances, putting any and everything at stake
It demands I share my thoughts, I can’t keep anything I feel in
It gives me the best justifications as I partake in sin
It reminds that I’m human and of all my pros and cons combined
It taught me that there’s a reason I’m a Prisoner of my own Mind….. -”

— If you date me
If you date me there’s some things you have to know,
1. There will be days where I get too sad to even get out of bed so please don’t get angry if I’m not replying.
2. I fight a war everyday inside my head and somedays there are battle scars on my body.
3. I drink to forget the demons I’m fighting, but I promise I am faithful.
4. I’ve hated myself for so long it’s hard to be told beautiful words that weren’t made for people like me, so forgive me when I cringe when you touch me.
5. I care way more then I’ll let you know and I’m really sensitive, nothing else to that.
6. I get scared that everyone is going to realize how awful I am and that they’re going to leave me so I apologize for making you tell me why you love me all the time.
7. I’m bad at kind of everything I do but I swear I will love you the best I can.
8. I like to drive at night because everything is blurred and I hope there will be something in the road and cause an accident.
9. I trust easily and forgive too often please don’t use that against me.
10. Thank you for loving me even on the bad days, I love you too I’m just not too good at showing it.

18 Signs That She Likes You
Men have been searching for answers about women since the dawn of time. What do women want? How can one tell when a woman is interested? The behavior and thoughts of women can seem like a complete mystery to men everywhere. To many, women can almost appear as a completely different species at times. It is no wonder that early man worshiped women, and perhaps the earliest idea of a supernatural being was “mother nature,” the goddess which gave birth to all life. In the end however, women are as human as the rest of us, and many signs that a woman is attracted to a man can be easily observed.
#1 She Looks Out For You
When a woman is very attracted to a man, she goes out of her way to show that she cares and wants to ensure his well-being. Part of this is instinctual, forming tight bonds with someone naturally results in a mutual obligation to ensure each other’s safety and comfort. On the other hand, it is a sign of a real strong relationship, one in which two people really value each other’s company.
#2 She Gets Angry or Controlling Over Small Things
A woman might seem needy when she constantly makes a big deal over what a guy might think of as non-important issues, but what she’s really doing is displaying an interest in a man’s life, and striving to improve that existence. By making suggestions and communicating her disapproval of certain habits or decisions in a man’s life, she is proving that she is committed to making a difference and wants to play a large role in “her man’s” daily activities.
#3 She Subconsciously Shows That She’s Fertile
There are many things a woman does subconsciously with her body language that indicates she is fertile. The intent of this behavior is to attract males. This is something which is deeply rooted in human biology. Examples of this behavior can come in many forms. A woman might wear her hair down when in the company of a man that attracts her, or she might tilt her head, which exposes pheromones. A woman could also indicate she is fertile by exposing the soft skin of her hands and wrists, or by the uncontrollable reaction of blood rushing to her face, thereby creating a blushed expression.
#4 She Tells Her Friends or Parents About You
A woman doesn’t tell her friends or parents about a man unless she’s sure that he’s someone who will play a special and unique role in her life. It’s a sign she’s serious about a guy, and that she’s so enamoured by him that she can’t help but tell anyone who will listen all about it. It’s a great sign that a girl has a guy on her mind.
#5 She Wants to Talk To You 24/7
A woman who is very attracted to a guy will constantly try to contact him. This is a sign that a girl is definitely thinking about a guy throughout most of her day. It might even be a sign that a girl is worrying about the status of her relationship with a guy to such an extent that she needs to reaffirm it at every turn. Either way, a girl who wants to talk to a guy 24/7 is undoubtedly highly attracted to him.
#6 The Language of the Purse
Women use their purses to display body language to such an extent that it could be considered a completely unique method of non-verbal communication when compared to other signs of attraction. A women who clutches her purse close to her is indicating her discomfort at being around a particular person or situation. When she holds it loosely, or better yet when she puts it down altogether, it is a sign that she is at ease and available.
#7 She Sets Expectations
From the point of view of a clueless man, it can seem confusing and unforeseen when a woman expects him to treat her in a very serious, intimate manner when it comes to special occasions. This can be especially confusing when a man views that female as only a friend. When a woman requests a man to treat her like a lover on a special occasion, it can seem like something completely out of the blue, especially when they are in what a man assumes to be only a platonic relationship. This is a clear sign that a woman has been fantasizing about a man, and wants to make those fantasies come to life during a special outing together.
#8 She Touches You
When a woman is attracted to a man, she makes any excuse to touch him. Examples of this could include brushing up against him, touching his hands or even play fighting. A stronger example of this is when a woman adjusts a man’s appearance in order to make him look more attractive. This is a clear sign that is eyeing a man up as a potential partner.
#9 Through Specific Body Language
There are so many signs of female attraction that are displayed through body language it is impossible to list them all. One very notable sign of female attraction is the arching of the back. Another very obvious form of body language which is intended to attract males is leaning in towards the male, usually when a woman is having a conversation with a male she is interested in. When a woman chews her lips or becomes fidgety, chances are she’s interested. Also, when a woman crosses her legs and arms, it generally means she is bored and uninterested. Conversely, when a woman keeps her legs uncrossed and her arms visible, it usually means she is attracted and available to a man. On the other hand, a woman crossing her legs in certain situations might actually indicate arousal, especially when a woman points her legs towards a man when she crosses them.
#10 She Uses Words That Are Suggestive and Implicative
A woman is often more aroused by verbal cues than physical ones. When a woman uses seductive wording, and brings up the subject of intimacy, it is a clear sign she is attracted and interested. Phrases that are especially indicative of desire in females are those that include words such as “I want” or “I love.” A woman who is adventurous enough to use seductive phrases in the company of a man is clearly attracted to him.
#11 She Unusually Asks About Your Family
A woman who asks about a man’s family is sometimes seriously considering him as a potential romantic partner. In other situations, this is merely innocent small-talk, so be careful you don’t wrongly identify this as intimate behavior. In many situations, however, the reason that a woman asks these kind of questions is to get a better idea of what kind of person a man is, what kind of family values he has, and whether he will emulate the same family life as the one he grew up in.
#12 She Laughs at Your Jokes Even When They Aren’t Funny and She’s Not Trying to Be Polite
When a woman makes it her imperative to laugh extra hard at all of a man’s jokes, even when a man wasn’t intending to be friendly, it is a clear sign that she’s interested. When a woman reacts to a man’s input in a conversation, she is making it clear that she is engaged with him. This is even more extenuated when a woman and a man are in a group conversation, and a woman diverts all of her attention exclusively towards the man she is attracted to.
#13 She Gets You a Gift or Makes You Things
A woman who really cares about a man will look for any excuse to prove that she has indeed been thinking about him and cares for him. A gift or something similar is a very sweet way for a girl to show her affections. This is especially thoughtful because it exposes a vulnerable side of a woman, who is not afraid to reveal her true desires.
#14 She Plays Hard To Get or Gives You Mix Signals To See How You’d Cared
Don’t give up if a girl is doing the exact opposite of everything that is listed here. A girl might be acting disinterested because she secretly feels such strong desires for a man that she is afraid of revealing her feelings. This is one of the hardest signs to spot, but could mean that a girl is feeling intensely desirous for a guy.
#15 She Speaks the Same “Language” As You or Mirrors You
A girl who is seriously romantically interested in a guy will go out of her way to show that she has a lot in common with him. This could manifest as the sharing of certain inside jokes, or the formation a shared vocabulary, words whose meanings they both understand but no one else does. This is a way for a girl to show a guy that he’s the only one who holds a special place in her heart, that they share a bond that is not found anywhere else in the world.
#16 She Lets You Know She’s Single
A girl who lets a guy know about her relationship status is almost always weighing up her chances of forming a relationship with him. It’s a definite sign of interest, the question itself implies desire. For a girl to ask that question she has to reveal that she is considering a relationship, which is a risk only taken by those who are serious.
#17 She Comes to You for Advice Even When She’s the Type to Not Seek Advice
A girl who constantly asks a guy for advice is clearly interested in him. For a girl to value a guy’s wisdom, she has to respect him. A girl asking a guy for advice is a girl who venerates that guy, who sees him as almost a god, a girl who wants to live their life with his desires in mind.
#18 She Speaks Differently To You Than To Everyone Else
A girl who speaks differently when in the presence of a man clearly is trying to make an impression on that man, and wants him to view her as a potential partner. A girl who tries to make herself seem more feminine around a guy she likes is clearly trying to make him stop seeing her as “just a friend.” It’s a clear sign of attraction.
What would you say are signs that a girl likes you and is not being polite?

7 Key Insights on Self Love
1.
I need to affirm and to validate myself as it’s hard to accept validation from others if, deep down inside, I don’t believe it’s true.
2.
My time is valuable as anybody else’s so I need to prioritise what I need to do.
3.
I can’t give to others, and help to build them up, if I’m not taking care of my own self first.
4.
I need to remember that I’m worthy of love, of success, opportunities, and knowing happiness.
5.
My opinions are as valuable as anybody else’s. It’s up to me to decide and to choose my own beliefs.
6.
I don’t have to explain why I do what I do (unless you’re the police or have some authority!)
7.
My past does not define me - I’m free to change and grow, to try on different “me”s, and to set inspiring goals.

My past does not define me - I’m free to change and grow, to try on different “me”s, and to set inspiring goals.

10 Tips for Making Friends
1. Listen to people when they’re talking; show an interest in what they have to say.
2. Make an effort to remember peoples’ names and use them the next time you meet them.
3. Follow up with people you are interested in staying in touch with. Call them up, send them an email or arrange to meet for a coffee or drink.
4. Treat everyone the same – and as if they are the most important in the world (at least while you are talking to them).
5. Get involved in clubs and activities. Force yourself to go out and be with others.
6. In conversations, stick to safe topics before you know someone well. Don’t be quick to share your political or religious views, or to go on about your pet grievances.
7. Make sure you come across as someone who’s friendly the first time you meet someone new. Greet them warmly, smile, share your name and ask them theirs.
8. Be aware of other peoples’ culture and be sensitive to any potential differences. You don’t want to offend other people – either deliberately or inadvertently. The goal is to be seen as a person who is friendly, respectful and warm.
9. Don’t rush your interactions with people as that sends the message that you’re not interested in them, or what they have to say.
10. Don’t be false – just be your normal self. People would prefer to find out who you are.

How to be a Genuine and Fun-Loving Person
1. Value and respect the fact that you are a totally unique individual, with your own destiny to fulfill. Believe in who you are, what you think and believe, your gifts and talents, and what you have to offer to those around you.
2. Refuse to give into negative feelings of anxiety, self doubt or insecurity. In fact, “fake it till you make it” is often good advice … So, ignore how you feel, and act the way you want to be. Choose to switch off the old tapes that keep on playing in your head, and try to visualize your goals and then push on and seek to reach them.
3. Don’t pay any attention to what others think about you. The most important judgment should be yours, and yours alone. If you live in constant fear of what others think about you, it will only hold you back from realizing your potential. Also, you’re not a clone of others as each of us is different. Don’t be afraid to be unique or to stand out against the crowd.
4. Accept that you have good points, and areas for growth. We’re all a mix of different qualities, and flaws, and traits. We all make mistakes – it’s what you do with them matters – so embrace the fact you’re human and won’t always get it right.
5. Also, develop a tough skin and don’t take insults personally. Look back and laugh – don’t cower – or criticise yourself. It won’t help if you’re sensitive or worried all the time. It’s better to forgive yourself, and then move on again.
6. Develop your ability to think creatively. Try out those new ideas, and choose to live outside the box.
7. Seek to enjoy this moment, and to live life in the present. Be grateful for the small things, and savour all you have.

Body Language Cues
Kiss Me
She’s leaning in a little bit, she’s looking at you with an inviting smile, she’s touching your arm, she’s even tilted her head a little… what are you waiting for? Go for it!
Get Away From Me Now
Arms crossed and an annoyed expression? She’s pulling away every time you try to touch her? He’s backing away every time you try to get closer? All of these spell out one thing and we’re not sure what you did but you’d better leave them alone.
Slumped Posture
This could mean a number of things but we’re always sure that it’s a sign of a really bad day. They’re either sad, discouraged, hurt or fearful about something. You should definitely see if they’re going to be all right.
Try It And See What Happens
See, the phrase “try it and see what happens” could mean something completely different depending on how it’s said but the body language here is telling you that something good will happen…
Don’t Even Think About It
The body language here is telling you that if you do decide to “try it” then “what happens” is probably going to hurt. Hands on hips is never a good sign! We’re warning you dude, don’t do it!
Playing with her hair
This one is kind of a no-brainer, if a woman is playing with her hair while she talks to you, she’s probably flirting with you… but she could also be trying to get the hair out of her eyes. Make sure it’s more of a “you’re really cute” gesture and less of a “I really hate my new haircut” sort of thing.
The Handshake
A strong handshake is good but when it’s too strong it could be a sign of insecurity. When it’s too soft, it could mean lack of interest. The best handshake is when your palm touches theirs, it is a sign of sincerity and openness for a good relationship.
Mirror, Mirror
When someone is mirroring what you do, it means that they are on the same page as you. In dating it’s a sign of attraction.
Avoiding Glance
When a person can’t look you in the eyes while speaking it could mean they are nervous but it usually means they are being dishonest about something. When they avoid eye contact while listening, it could mean they are not paying attention, they’re angry or that they have some bad news to admit.
Maintaining Eye Contact
When someone gives eye contact while speaking, it’s a sign of honesty. When someone gives eye contact while listening, it’s a sign of respect.
Leaning In
This is a great sign. If the person you’re talking to is leaning in as you talk, it means that they are completely engaged in you and your conversation together.
Raised Eyebrow
This could mean that a person is confused but it’s also a sign that the person is interested in what you’re saying and they want to know more.
Fidgeting
This is often considered a nervous habit but it could also be a sign of impatience or discomfort. If someone is fidgeting a lot, they may need some comforting words or even some space.
Eye Roll
This one is kind of a no-brainer, they are seriously annoyed by whatever you just said. Choose your next words wisely!
Whisper in the Ear
This is a sign of intimacy and wanting to be closer to each other.
